Shipping & Handling

Shipping and Handling of the Print Version of the book is:

We ship to USA and Canada only: US-$ 6.99. Shipping cost added automatically on checkout. International shipping only on request.

Please allow 3-7 business days for arrival of the book. 

All digital versions (Apple iBookstore, Amazon Kindle, Nook, etc.) have no shipping cost. The Apple iBookstore version is only available in the US, CA, US and AU iBookstore.

Returns

If you need to return your book for any reason, please let us know within 3 days of receipt and return ship within 7 days for merchandise credit. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
